Single Face Pads & Sheets

Single face pads are a much cheaper alternative to standard layer pads. They are made out of a corrugated paper which comes in rolls to us. We can then cut it down to whatever size you require. These pads are extremely versatile as they are flexible, therefore they have many different applications. Some examples of the pads we make are 12” pads that sit on the bottom of pizza boxes as an extra layer of protection. We also supply them as a cheaper alternative to pallet pads and base pads, we supply them in 1200 x 1000, 1200 x 800 and 1000 x 800. Or you can have them cut to a size that suits you.
Single face has many benefits over regular layer pads. The main one being cost, as it is vastly cheaper than standard single wall board. This coupled with the fact that single face board takes up much less space too. For example, a regular pallet of board can be stacked to 450 sheets, compared to single face which goes to 700 sheets high. So, if space and money is at a premium then single face is the perfect option.
Finally, as single face is a corrugated paper it is extremely flexible it is a great eco-friendly alternative to bubble wrap. It is great for wrapping around fragile products like bottles and furniture.
